Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may apply for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

REFUNDS
According to the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, as a consumer, you have the right to cancel a course within 14 days, regardless of whether the course is conducted online or in person.
If you choose to cancel a course within this 14-day period, and you have not accessed any course material on our website (www.thevetgraduate.com), you are entitled to a full refund. Please allow at least 10-14 working days from the receipt of the request to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
However, if you have accessed the course material on the website within the 14-day period, the following rules apply:
You still retain the right to cancel, but you will be required to pay for the value of the service provided to you up to the point of cancellation. This means that while you will receive a proportionate refund, you will be charged for any administrative or materials costs incurred, as well as for the amount of teaching time you have utilized.
Our refund calculation will be based on the amount of time spent online on the course website, which is logged, relative to the total length of the course.
Please note that any refund issued will reflect these conditions and deductions as per the regulations outlined above.
